The CREM ONE 1B PID VIB Dual Water S/S is a one-group professional espresso machine designed for coffee lovers, barista amateurs, and experienced coffee masters. It features state-of-the-art technology inherited from CREM’s recognized engineering knowledge and expertise within the commercial espresso sector. The ONE has a renovated design concept based on the iconic Office Leva, with a balanced design line, compact but sophisticated dimensions, and a full mirror-polished stainless-steel exterior. The ONE is incredibly easy to use, with every element and small detail carefully designed to fulfill the highest standards of ergonomics and intuitive controls and displays.

The ONE features high-performance hydraulics, with a distinctive CREM thermal stability and reliably built hydraulic system that has been improved within the ONE range. The ONE is PID controlled for both 1 and 2 boilers versions, and it features a new Dual Auto Water Tank & Mains solution, 1.7-liter steam boiler capacity, a new electronically controlled rotatory compact pump for the premium models, and state-of-the-art and highly tested internal components.

The ONE introduces the most revolutionary Gradual Soft Pre-Infusion & Low Flow Pressure Profiling systems, thanks to a new electronically controlled rotatory compact pump, an exclusive CremTech development. The ONE brings an unlimited Gradual Soft Pre-Infusion with flexible but accurate pre-infusion times to improve the extraction rates, available for the ONE 2B R-GSP Dual. Additionally, it introduces Low Flow Pressure Profiling, allowing users to set different pressure profiles when extracting the coffee, in real-time, using an intuitive and precise Push & Rotate knob or one of their own pre-set recipes. The machine can save up to 5 different recipes that can be filed via the OLED Display or by uploading them via USB.
